REFUND POLICY

Overview

Each product from theWALLET Dubai is made individually to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, all sales are final and products are non-refundable.


Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery, the item is eligible for free repair within one month of receipt. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Clients are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

As every product is made according to the client’s personal design and materials, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any other circumstances.


Repair & Guarantee

All items are inspected before delivery. In case of an approved repair, the company will cover the cost of craftsmanship. No financial compensation or refunds will be issued.
